Dal Professore Naxos is a seaside restaurant with a picturesque view of the Aegean sea, the port and the old town of Naxos.

Our chefs source from the Naxian local providers specializing in quality, fresh sustainable produce. Local meat, fish, fresh pasta and our newly invented extraordinary pizza dough is our priority and constitutes the high standard of our cuisine. Fresh ingredient focused, traditional cooking secrets and methods combined with contemporary creativity result in a dynamic, seasonally driven menu. Emphasis has been given to the daily specials in an effort to use the most fresh and sustainable products!

Our wine list features approachable and premium wines with many available by the glass. The new blooming of wine production by Greek dedicated producers is honoring the over 4000 years importance of wine in Greek culture. A culture so strong that was embodied in the deity Dionysus, one of the most worshiped of the ancient Gods especially on this very blessed island of Naxos!
